2025 Spearfish Creek Watershed Festival – Spearfish, SD

TOUR the Spearfish Hydro Plant. A volunteer community CREEK CLEANUP. Watershed FESTIVAL activities and education fair at Meier Park (right across the street from Brady Park). Post-festival SOCIAL at Spearfish Brewing. Celebrate Spearfish Creek and learn about its watershed from organizations that are working with and within it.

9:00 AM – 11:00 AM Hydro Plant Tours – to best accommodate flow through the hydro plant and their generous guide, Ben, tours are happening every 20 minutes with a maximum of 20 people on each tour. ie if a group is full, please hang tight and enjoy the park & birds for a bit & join the next tour.

12:30 PM – 2:00 PM – Community Creek Clean-up. Meet at the Meier Park (just across the street from Brady Park), they’ll have garbage bags and gloves available.
2:00 PM – 4:00 PM Watershed Festival and Education Fair at Meier Park. Activities for all ages. Boat races and Bingo!
5:00 Post Festivus Social at Spearfish Brewing Company

Registration for Parade is on their website or printed ones are available at their office. Line up begins at 9am Parade starts at 10am from Pinnacle Bank, Ending at the Fairgrounds.

The Boys are Back in Town!!! The Modern Medieval Knights of Valour Jousting Show returning for their second year at the Campbell County Fair. This full contact jousting show will amaze any spectator. Shane Adams is a Canadian Equestrian Team athlete in modern competitive jousting. He is currently the Captain and owner of North America’s Premier Full Contact Jousting Team, The Knights of Valour. He is the former president of the World Championship Jousting Association, and he has founded several competitive jousting tournaments in the United States and Canada. He holds 17 international titles. Adams started as a theatrical jouster for the Toronto Medieval Times dinner show when he was 23. He was the host and executive producer of The History Channel’s competitive reality TV show Full Metal Jousting.
